Our packages are meant to be fully inclusive. Our wedding package includes: a fully open bar with no restrictions, champagne toast, passed and stationed appetizers, entrees, wedding cake, & extra large bridal suite. Also included are linens, silver, china, glassware, service and day of coordinator.

No, we do not use a site fee. The only fees associated with our per person price are 8% NYS sales tax and 20% gratuity.

Clients are responsible for centerpieces and seating chart. Often seen but not required items would be, sign in book, memorial photos, other signage, and sweet heart table decor. Best part is Novellas staff will set up all of your decor as well as box it up upon your departure.

Yes, we host up to 150 seated guests on our blue stone patio for ceremonies. Ceremonies are $10 addiitonal per guest and includes an extra hour at the venue with an open bar available to your guests before your ceremony start time.

We host one wedding a day, entertaining your guests accross our entire venue but cocktail hour is primarily hosted in our foyer and on our terrace.

Yes, we have a very large bridal suite that is available to bride three hours at no charge before their wedding start time. Every hour before that the client is responsible for $100/hr.

We are located well within walking distance to two large hotels, The Hampton Inn by Hilton and Americas Best Value Inn. We share a great relationship with both locations but clients are fully responsible for their own bookings.

Absolutely no transportation is necessary at Novellas. Your guests will walk across our parking lot to their hotel and back in a matter of minutes. Couples are also able to move between the ceremony space, the bridal suite and our ballroom with ease.

We host until 11PM after this we do allow clients to utilize the patios after the event. Patio lights and music will be left on when staff locked up the venue and leaves. Gas fire pit does need to be shut off when staff leaves but feel free to relax all night.

In order to book your date, a $1000 deposit (non-refundable) and a signed contract is required. We are happy to set clients up on a payment plan if it will help, otherwise, we require payment in full, two weeks before your wedding date.

Yes, our venue is fully accessible.

Yes, we accommodate all dietary restrictions. All dietary restrictions must be provided to Novellas when final guest count is given.
