We can comfortably set up 9-19 tables in our ballroom.
For a grand entrance, we recommend keeping the table count to 17 or fewer to maintain a large center aisle.
60" round tables seat 6-9 guests comfortably.
72" round tables can accommodate 10-12 guests.

Start by grouping your guests into clusters of 6-12 people. Consider relationships, common interests, and age groups when creating these clusters. This approach helps ensure that each table has a good mix of people who are likely to enjoy each other's company.
Consider the Floor Plan
Once you have your groups, it's time to assign them to specific tables. We'll provide you with a ballroom diagram based on your desired table count. Some things to keep in mind:
Place elderly guests or those with mobility issues closer to the entrance and restrooms.
Seat families with young children near the edges of the room for easy access.
Position your wedding party close to the head table for convenient access during toasts and speeches.
Don't Stress Over Table Numbers
Let us handle the table numbering! Once you've decided on your groupings and placements, simply let us know how many guests are at each table (e.g., T1-8G, T2-10G, T3-12G). We'll take care of labeling the tables appropriately.
Be Mindful of Special Needs
When submitting your final guest count (due two weeks before your wedding), be sure to include any dietary restrictions along with the guest's name and table number. This allows our culinary team to prepare accordingly and ensure all your guests are well taken care of.
